Michael Buble has recorded a cover of The Beatles 'Can't Buy Me Love' for his sophomore album 'It's Time'.
Buble has covered 'Can't Buy Me Love', a Lennon-McCartney penned song which was originally written in 1964 for the movie A Hard Day's Night.
The Vancouver crooner has kept to a few standards such as Sinatra's 'I've Got You Under My Skin' and a studio version of Bobby Darin's 'Mack The Knife' (he has previous released a live version) but 'It's Time' steers strongly towards classic R'n'B.
Surprises include the Motown classic 'How Sweet It Is' and the old Otis Redding R'n'B hit 'Try A Little Tenderness'.
The album features a familiar tracklisting. He covers Chris Montez's 'The More I See You' (also a hit for Peter Allen), Mama's and Papa's 'Dream A Little Dream' and Leon Russell's 'A Song For You'.
'It's Time' will be released early February 2005.
